WHERE DOES JUMPING FITNESS COME FROM?
Jumping Fitness started in the Czech Republic in 2001. Jumping Fitness developed a basic workout and designed the unique Profi trampolines.
- HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN RUNNING JUMPING JULIA CLASSES FOR?
Jumping Julia were started in London by Julia Balazova BA(Hons) Dip. Arch. in 2013. She undertook the Jumping Fitness Basic course, and then in September 2013 opened her first Jumping basic class in London
WHO ARE YOUR CLIENTS?
We can help anyone that wants to improve their fitness level and muscle tone. But we find that the people that get the most out of our classes are professional ladies and recent mothers, who want to recapture that “Million Dollar Girl” feeling.
- HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CLASSES?
Apart from the Jumping! What differentiates Jumping Julia from other exercise and aerobic classes is the fact that the classes generate a sweat, are great fun and enable you to burn 3 times more calories than jogging!
IS THERE ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?
Jumping Julia Fitness Classes is use specialised mini trampolines with a soft surface that is strung in a hexagonal shape. We use dynamic aerobic High Intensity Training (HIT), which is much more than just random hopping on a trampoline. Each session is very carefully thought out, with a variety of exercise set to motivational music, helping you achieve a complete body workout.
WHAT TYPE OF PERSON DO YOU WORK BEST WITH?
You are probably a personal assistant or human resources manager, solicitor, an executive manager, a Banker, or you might work in architecture or a marketing department.
Perhaps you are a new mum, a stay at home parent, or are you working from home, an entrepreneur running your own business, a freelancer or coach.
DOES THIS ACTUALLY WORK?

Our team is made up of professional fitness instructors, a nutritionist and dietician. All of our team as a long history of study and experience in the fitness industry.
WHAT KIND OF PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer classes near Old Street and Canada Water London; home programmes, group coaching and 1:1 coaching
WILL I NEED TO BUY SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT FOR THE PROGRAMME?
We supply trampolines for classes and programmes. We do ask that you make sure you have comfortable and correctly fitting footwear and clothing. Please also bring a water bottle and a towel if you like.

WHERE ARE THE CLASSES HELD?
Jumping Julia classes are in Old Street and Canada Water.
- WHO CAN TAKE PART IN A JUMPING JULIA CLASS?
If you don’t have any desire and motivation go to gym, because it’s boring, and you feel that it is unsociable with no interaction from anyone - Jumping Julia is for you!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
It’s very important to bring with you bottle of water. You can also bring a small towel if you would like.
- WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear comfortable gym clothes and well fitting running shoes.
I AM NEW TO JUMPING JULIA CLASSES - HOW SHOULD I BEGIN?
If you are new to our classes you are advised to take it easy, and jump in your own rhythm.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY CLASS?
We recommend to come at least 15 min before class.
I AM PREGNANT - CAN I STILL TAKE PART IN JUMPING JULIA CLASSES?
We don’t recommend you participate in our classes if you are pregnant.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JUMPING JULIA CLASSES?
Jumping Julia classes have so many benefits, including: improving your overall fitness level, increasing muscle tone and strength, stimulating the metabolism which helps to burn fat, relieving persistent back, neck and head pains, helps with sleeping and most of all; my classes will make you smile, laugh and enjoy exercise!
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO A JUMPING JULIA CLASS?
It depends on what your individual fitness goals are. Every class that you attend will be fun and provide you with exercise. To see the fastest change in your fitness and body shape we suggest that you attend at least once a week.
WHAT TYPE OF CLASSES ARE THERE?
Currently we run two different types of classes. Jumping Julia basic class which is accessible to everyone of all fitness levels and Jumping Julia Intense class for people that want a bigger challenge.
HOW LONG IS EACH CLASS?
Basic classes are for 60 min and intense classes are 45 min.
HOW WILL I FEEL AFTER A CLASS?
If you are new to exercise then after a class you might experience some muscular pain. We recommend taking it easy the next day and to never give up and keep coming to class. Each class will become easier and your health and wellbeing will improve.
HOW MUCH IS A CLASS?
The prices vary depending on the type of class and package that you wish to buy. For more information click through to see our price page
CAN I CANCEL MY CLASS?
We do appreciate that, on occasion, you may need to cancel a reservation and as long as you provide at least 24 hours notice, cancellations are free of charge. Please ensure that you cancel through the website and not via email or telephone, as email and telephone cancellation will not be accepted and you will still be liable for the cost. Unfortunately, we do have to charge for short notice cancellations, i.e. if less than 24 hours notice is provided. Giving as much notice as possible helps everyone, as this gives someone on the waiting list the opportunity to attend in your place. HOW CAN I BOOK MY CLASS?
Just visit our Timetable page. Then you simply enter your details and sign up for your first class! Exciting isn’t it!
DO YOU HAVE CHANGING ROOMS?
All of the venues we use for our classes have changing rooms.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
We don’t have showers where the current classes are being held.
DO YOU HAVE ANY CAR PARKING FACILITIES?
Check parking map or council parking facility at the individual class venues.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY OR CONDITION THAT MIGHT AFFECT MY ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE?
We encourage you to let your instructor know if you have a condition that you feel will affect your ability to take part in a class. We are happy to suggest alternative movements and techniques. We also feel its important that you become your own teacher to listen to how your body feels and to recover when you need to.

WHERE IS THE LOCATION FOR THE PROGRAMME?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
There are three packages for our “Drop A Dress Size” programme. Each offers different exercise regimes, support and service. It really depends on your dedication to the programme, your metabolism, as well as your health and wellbeing.
WILL I NEED TO BUY SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT FOR THE PROGRAMME?
We supply the unique trampolines; however you will need to buy an electric band and weights.
WHAT PROGRAMMES DO YOU OFFER?
Jumping Julia offers 3 types of Drop A Dress Size programmes.
- The Gold Programme is specially design for self determined personalities. You enjoy your independence and need very little support and guidance to achieve your goals.
- The Platinum Programme is most effective for professional women and recent mothers. You have a busy lifestyle and need a motivational training programme, structured diet and great support with daily accountability
- The Diamond Programme aims to significantly reduce your body fat and rebuild your body image. This is a very intense programme allowing you to achieve greater weight loss and a massive transformation of your mindset and lifestyle
HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAMME FOR?
The gold programme is 6weeks. The platinum programme is for 8 weeks and diamond programme is for 10 weeks.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER THE PROGRAMME
Programmes include three 70 minute Jumping Julia classes. These are high intensity cardio training, which combine muscle toning and sculpting. The support and accountability of our growing Facebook community, and our whole team give full physical and mental support at the start, during and beyond your transformational journey with us.
The nutrition advice and personalized diet plan help you to fully understand and transform your daily eating habits, creating a more fulfilling lifestyle, and healthier, more energetic you. In our one-on-one coaching session, you will discover yourself more completely.
Our Mindfulness and Stress Release workshops allow you to be able to identify and reduce difficult, painful and even frightening thoughts, feelings and sensations.
